We use language detection, morphosyntactic analysis and contextual analysis to examine our users’ queries and prepare them for processing.
We search our content with fuzzy, semantic, contextual and multilingual search processes, and select the best possible response considering the user’s preferences.
We can thus respond to queries that are not exactly the same as the original term, identifying words that are inflections (verb tenses, plurals, different gender, etc.), spelling mistakes, compound terms or terms including punctuation marks, among others.
On the other hand, our processes enable us to integrate content obtained from publishers of renowned prestige, general or specific content generated by our own editors, private content from our clients or public content found on the internet.
Finally, we have standard client applications to access these core processes (CKE) through Web services. We also provide the API of these core processes so that our clients can develop their own client applications with them.
This enables the application of our technology to all kinds of devices: e-readers, mobile telephones, Net-books, Smartphones, …
