Business Continuity related to COVID-19

As part of the Semantix Business Continuity Plan and in order to proactively support any guidelines from authorities regarding COVID-19, as well as supporting our customer’s business needs, Semantix has prepared a comprehensive action plan to ensure business continuity and avoid any disruption in our services.

  • Employees and vendors are instructed to act in accordance with national guidelines and recommendations
  • Due to our flexible business model and infrastructure, Semantix will operate as usual and we foresee continuous delivery and services. In fact, we have taken measures to manage the expected increase in workloads due to communication needs.
  • We have proactively decided to convert all physical meetings into online meetings to minimize the face-to-face activities. After all, that is business as usual in our global industry.
  • With widespread digital activities across the globe, we are able to offer the sufficient level of scalability.
  • The Semantix management is reviewing the risk assessment on a daily basis
