Improvements to the Language Hub login you need to know about

We’re making improvements to your Semantix Language Hub login to ensure even better data security and compliance from Semantix Language Hub.

Data security is essential to ensure that your translations comply with your organisation’s IT security policies and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). That’s why we’re always making improvements to Semantix Language Hub and our other translation tools.

What’s changing?

In July 2021, Semantix merged with TransPerfect, the world’s largest provider of language and technology solutions for global business. The merger enabled us to update and improve some of our processes. This means that the way you log in to your translation account is changing. We wanted to let you know that the new login page looks different to the existing one. It also has a different web address, to which you’ll be redirected automatically. You’ll then be asked to enter your Hub login credentials in exactly the same way as you’re used to with the existing login page.

When?

The changes to the authentication process will be made on 1 September 2022.

The changes will entail an even smoother experience for you, with improved usability and enhanced security.
