1. When your vendor profile has been created, you will receive two e-mail notifications from the system:
First e-mail: Invitation to Semantix Translations’ vendor portal
“You’ve been invited to join Semantix’ vendor portal. Please verify your personal data and activate your account”.
URL: xtrf.semantix.eu/vendors
User name: Your email address
Follow the link in the notification, register a password, read and agree to the terms and conditions to complete the first step of the registration process.
Next, you will receive the second notification:
Second e-mail: Welcome to Semantix Translations’ vendor portal
”We’re pleased to inform you that your record has been created in our vendor database.
To activate your account in Semantix Translations’ vendor portal, please confirm your registration”.
The link in the second notification will take you into the vendor portal, where we need you to verify that all data is correct and complete with regard to language pairs, job types, specializations and rates. Please also fill in the information on the qualifications page. Most importantly, for us to be able to pay you, we need you to add your payment method and complete all the fields in the payments tab. Feel free to also send us your updated CV, if you think the information we have is outdated.
It is important to note that your registration will not be completed fully until the links in both e-mails have been received and activated.
We suggest to whitelist the Semantix domain (semantix.com) in your e-mail client, especially if you do not receive any or both of the above mentioned notifications.
2. Now, you are ready to receive job offers from the portal
You will receive the offers via email. Click on the link in the email to access your profile in the vendor portal and accept or reject the offer.
